I had stopped in late at night to get a dozen donuts. And the worker seem not to be able to answer my question about if the donuts were fresh or not. When I got home the creamfilling had a tablespoon of filling, that also went for the jelly donuts. All the chocolate melted off the donuts and were stuck to each other.overall they tasted like Day old donuts.

The worker in the back was friendly enough to say hello but when I asked someone in the front for assistance they told me yeah hold on even though they were doing absolutely nothing but standing there and waiting. Not the best customer service here.

Guys who can say no to a go soft and delicious donut. It's Winchell's how can you go wrong.. Listen to you food souls and feed them enjoy. God bless
Dietary restrictions: There was a nut found on a non nut doughnut that I got for my daughter.She has hypersensory awareness which includes taste and texture aversions.She hates nuts so removing the nut wasn't enough for her to enjoy the doughnut.The fact that it had touched it ruined the doughnut for her.The staff needs to be careful about letting nuts get in non nut doughnuts or other pastries.They should prepare the foods with donuts separately since some people have nut allergies.
Kid-friendliness: Not friendly to my kids because they weren't Mexican like them.
Wheelchair accessibility: None that I saw.A customer without a handicap placard parked in the handicap spot as well.The staff didn't notice or care of course.

These are the best donuts I swear to God! 😩 We come here waaaaay too often because we are addicted to these soft, delicious donuts. Our favorite is the white frosting one with sprinkles, it has a crispy edge and moist soft interior. 🤤 We often go here after 11pm so I don't know if the donuts are peak freshness around this time or they're always like this. I will warn that sometimes the workers aren't super welcoming but I don't care, those donuts are amazing!

Everything is good and the bread is always delicious 😋 clean, I like the fresh juices, what I don't like is the attitude of the cashiers who take your order reluctantly and when they tell you that's all it's like they are bothered by what you buy and be careful and don't rush to order it bothers them more and if you ask questions they almost throw you away bad bad customer service.
