We’ve had a couple great meals here. But our last visit was definitely the best.My sister has celiacs disease and got the gluten free fettuccine shrimp Alfredo (without shrimp, subbed chicken).Fabe the chef was GREAT, he came to the table to go over her allergy. Pasta was sooooooo good! The chili flakes make the Alfredo just slightly better.Dietary restrictions: My sister has celiacs disease and needs to be very cautious with gluten free and cross contamination and Disney has always been very accommodating.

I want to start by saying the staff was nice and the food was good. However, I don’t think the dining experience was worth the $250 we paid for a family of 3, we did the world of color dining package so it made the cost more expensive but I still don’t think the price was worth it. We were seated 30 mins past our reservation time (they were busy so it was understandable) the thing that trust me was we waited well over an hour for our main meal once we ordered, even the waiter kept saying let me go check on your food, everyone around us who got there way after us was getting their food before us which was annoying. My kids were very hungry and starting to lose it. Our reservation were for 6 pm we had lighting lane reservations for 7:15-8:15 which we missed because we didn’t leave the restaurant till 8:30 pm because of how slow the service was. Took another 30 mins to get our dessert, everything was so slow. The food was good but not worth the price. Will not be going back here for our future Disney trips.

Limited choice of entrees, iced tea (pictured) was the worst I have ever had, opaque and bitter, had to send it back. Inside seating is very limited if weather is an issue.

Service is horrible. We made a reservation weeks ago. When we signed in, we were told to wait a while. After about 20 minutes, we got tired and told them really clearly that we were in a rush. After more than one and a half hours of waiting we were still denied service, even with a reservation from weeks ago.

DON’T ORDER THE CALAMARI!!! I know it’s Disney and all, but this was more expensive than anywhere else we went, and was just about the same experience. The only picture I took was of the calamari. We were served multiple pieces of semi-fried green beans, with 5 pieces of actual calamari. The other food was good, but not somewhere I would go out of my way for. Honestly, I probably would’ve been better off eating the food at the Lunar New Year cart. One member of our party specifically requested spaghetti bolognese without meatballs, and we were charged extra for the meatballs. The chicken Parmesan was mediocre at best, but the spaghetti Aglio Olio was pretty good. There was good service, and a reasonable wait time. If possible, I would recommend going to Flo’s instead…

So we made reservations and checked in a bit early. They buzzed my phone during the parade so it was hard to hear. When I saw it and went to check in it was a few minutes after 10 minutes. They informed me they gave away my table….. ridiculous!!!! Then they said they’ll try and get us in which took another 40 minutes but there were empty tables. When they finally seated us we were blinded by the sun until we asked to be moved. They did move us and after that it was a pleasant meal. One of us even was very excited when her meal finally arrived. The food and drinks were good and our waiter was great. Not sure if I’d recommend this place since the front check in dampened our excitement to eat at this place, especially since it’s expensive to eat here.

Save your money and go to a strip mall Italian Restaurant. To start, the waiter didn't seem to care that he had people in the restaurant. We asked to start with Calamari, but received them after our mains. Our fettucine alfredo came with no sauce. They tried to fix it by bringing us a tiny bit of sauce.. which still wasn't a normal amount of sauce and lacked flavor. The manager agreed to replace the dish. We asked for spaghetti Bolognese with meat balls, which came with no meat balls. There is nothing more classy then someone bringing you a couple of meat balls in a sauce bowl. Anyway, it wasn't a great experience. The food was only OK, the service sucked, and it has the ambiance of a strip mall Italian restaurant.

Food was good but the service was horrible. Everything took a very long time to come out the kitchen. Our waiter forgot one of my family members drinks and once she was reminded it took another 15 minutes to get it. At the end of our meal we ordered a dessert which we ended up canceling due to waiting over 20 minutes. Horrible experience. This place is not worth it especially for how much the items are.
