Do not get their “Mac and Cheese”. I basically paid $6 for a side of boxed kraft Mac and cheese.
Chicken fries are good and the wings are delicious. Mac and cheese was the only disappointing part.

Usually love this place. Ordered off Uber eats and the breadsticks were so bad and flat. Fries are bomb. Order those just skip the bread.

I placed an online order at Wingaholic in Anaheim on 06/11/25 at 7:30 PM. In the instructions, I specifically asked for no ranch on my fries. When I arrived after a 20-minute drive, I double-checked with the girl at the front if there was ranch on the fries. She looked annoyed, but told me no, so I took the order and left.
When I got home, surprise ,the fries were covered in ranch.
I called the store immediately because I wasn’t about to drive another 20 minutes back. When the same girl answered the phone, she was hostile, unhelpful, and completely dismissive. She told me it wasn’t her job to check the order, that it was the cooks’ responsibility. But then why did she say no when I asked at pickup? She could’ve just told me to check it myself.
I asked to speak to the manager ,and she said she was the manager. Honestly, if that’s true, it’s even more disappointing. A manager should take accountability, not lie to customers, pass the blame, and respond with attitude. I asked for her name so I could include it in my complaint, and she flat out refused, telling me I’d have to come in person if I wanted it ,even after I told her I lived far away.This whole situation was handled so poorly. I came to Wingaholic to enjoy dinner , instead, I got messed-up food, a rude manager, and zero accountability.Wingaholic, please train your staff ,especially your “managers.” This was unacceptable and a total waste of my time and money.

Fires with chicken sauced with buffalo sauce, can't get any better. Have gotten the very hot and atomic hot. If you like spice but still want to enjoy it go with very hot. If you like breathing fire go with atomic, both flavors very good. For myself very hot isn't spicy enough but the atomic did the trick.

This place is good. But i won't be going back cause the girl who was on the register on 4/22/25 was rude and had a BAD attitude. She only gave me a small ranch with a medium order of fries while I watched her give other orders large orders of ranch. Crazy how they treat people differently. Do better!

I only come for the mango habanero fires. I really like them. Customer service is the worst. The girl's that work there don't even want to be there. Make you feel unwelcome and pressured everytime. They look at you with a stupid look when asking a question. It use to be better but I'm guessing they changed owner.
