Wing stop in Gainesville Fl 34th street.. JC as a manager.. dudes a clown. Food was trash and staff is ghetto!

Ordered at 7:56pm CST. Received a message from a door dash driver at 8:39 saying Wingstop allowed someone else to pick up an order they were supposed to, and they wanted to know if I received it. I had not. I still have not. I called the store after some back and forth that was quite frankly confusing as all hell because why are they letting people just pick something up without proving who they are? If they had, then why would I haver TWO DELIVERY DRIVERS? I feel like I am being lied to and gaslit and want my money back. Well, money that y'all collect within seconds you won't refund me for 7-10 business days? AWFUL AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This is the second time I have had problems with this location - the first they forgot to deliver my soda and then told me they were not going to bring it back out to me and that I could "come get it when I want to". IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE DELIVERIES, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. This is beyond frustrating.

First time trying this place, first impression it smells amazing. Got the Lemon Pepper wings and the flavor is spot on. The wings are crunchy but still juicy and delicious. Best wings I've had so far! I had apprehension about trying this place since it just opened and is in a sketchy part of the neighborhood. But the wings were really good and the wait wasn't too bad either like ten to fifteen minutes. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend you give them a chance.

When I go grocery shopping i can smell how delicious their chicken smells, always wanted to try them but was scared. I finally did it was a great experience. Ordered the hot wings and the lemon pepper. The employees were kind and patient because I didn't know what to order. It's a small place perfect for takeout. The wings on my God if you're a wing person this is the place. Excellent flavor, 🤤 so crunchy, soft, really good. Thank you employees at Wingstop excellent job.

5 employees working 3 stations with 1 cashier. Service was prompt. Watched them reuse sauce bowls the whole time while waiting and just wondered how often those bowls get washed as they just get stashed under the counter then reused. Found my answer hours later with the runs and a stomach ache. Wings tasted a bit stale and old.

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!
