We’re from out of town (came for a Disney trip) Do not go here, there is no Wingstop, it’s a plumbing store. Drove all the way there to end up going to the Wingstop on Harbor Blvd.

Ordered at 7:56pm CST. Received a message from a door dash driver at 8:39 saying Wingstop allowed someone else to pick up an order they were supposed to, and they wanted to know if I received it. I had not. I still have not. I called the store after some back and forth that was quite frankly confusing as all hell because why are they letting people just pick something up without proving who they are? If they had, then why would I haver TWO DELIVERY DRIVERS? I feel like I am being lied to and gaslit and want my money back. Well, money that y'all collect within seconds you won't refund me for 7-10 business days? AWFUL AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This is the second time I have had problems with this location - the first they forgot to deliver my soda and then told me they were not going to bring it back out to me and that I could "come get it when I want to". IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE DELIVERIES, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. This is beyond frustrating.

It has been 3 times already that I ordered wingstop through doordash, and it gets made here, and all 3 of those times, the wings have been almost completely dry. None of the other wingstops I have visited have ever sold them this dry, but I've noticed it's always this place. If you look at the 1st picture, you can see there's also no sauce on the bottom. (I ordered mango habenero wings, which is the first picture, and korean BBQ for the 2nd)

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

Terrible food!!!! Wingstop should be ashamed of this location! I requested my wings to be cooked extra, but they were barely done. The fries were soggy (which is somewhat understandable for a to-go order), but the fact that they had no seasoning at all is ridiculous! The chicken tenders were as hard as a rock. I've never had such bad food from Wingstop. $80 down the drain, and I bet Wingstop won't do anything for the next sucker of a customer and I guarantee that sucker is going to be you!

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

We had a craving for some wings and decided to order a delivery. The food arrived on time. We got lemon pepper and Buffalo flavors. We also good some boneless pieces and fries. The lemon pepper were delicious and supper crunchy. The boneless and Buffalo were okay. We enjoyed the fries but I decided they needed some seasoning for more flavor.
