Thank you for having a sugar free option . Some yogurtlands dont have any sugar free flavors . However , there was only one sugar free flavor tonight and it would be nice to have 2 sugar free flavors to choose from - that would be my only suggestion. I got the sugar free pralines n pecan tonight and it was very good .

just visited on April 14, 2024 @ 6:42 pm We purchased $20 of yogurt. My son and gf got one big spoon but we needed 2. We told the cashier if we can BUY another one she told us it would have to be a total of $24 to get another big spoon. She printed the receipt where we saw we spend $21 we needed $3 more so we went back into the line for more yogurt. It was busy but we didn’t mind since we were excited to get another spoon. Big mistake upon getting to checkout we were shamed by Ed because according to the lady cashier now it has to be in the same transaction which she did not advise us when she helped us by printing out the receipt to tell us how much we spent. Ed was not nice so I asked him for a refund only to re purchase the same amount plus the additional yogurt we got since it would be $24 in one transaction like he kept insisting it was the only way it worked. offered. solution. He told me he was NOT going to help us and continued to help another guest and pretend we did not exist. An amazing customer who saw what was happening was too kind to offer my gf her spoon, Amanda thank you so much for being so kind you DID NOT have to do that. I wish there were more people like you!! Either way thank you Amanda and Ed please look into other ways to approach customers and when they ask for help don’t pretend they don’t exist.

I have been a regular costumer but today I had a bad experience because the shell chocolate syrup there was watery. When I went to tell the cashier she give me an attitude and told me if I didn’t want it, then to just leave it there, I had bought them so many time and I have never had such an experience like today’s. Very delicious ice cream, you can make your own ice cream ? and you can add all the flavours, and it will cost you according to the weight of the ice cream.
Last I recalled, business hours meant something. If a business doesn't want clients, it might as well never open. If you specify certain hours of operation you either stick with those hours or at least hang up a sign.
