Authentic Japanese restaurant! This is a hidden gem in Anaheim area.I tried Live halibut, amaebi, uni, tempura.Food was excellent and owner was super freindly! Their kindness made me comfortable and enjoy my dinner! If you are looking for good sushi/sashimi place in Anaheim, this place is a must. This is a place run by Koreans, and it’s my first time eating proper Japanese food in a long time! The fish is fresh and well aged, so it's really delicious to eat.I think I will come back again when I go to Anaheim.

This place is so yummy!! The inside is very cute, and the owners are very nice. The food is absolutely delicious! There's a pad lock on the door, but it's definitely open and definitely delicious!

I liked that the sushi was fresh and the store was clean.
It's open until late, so it's great for drinking with friends.
I will visit again

The service is really bad and the waiters and staff are extremely rude. This was the one of the best sushi restaurants around until the changed the third time to new owners and now don’t even bother to go here!

We visited Sushi Yosuke on a Sunday evening in late March. Parking is easy, although the lot is small-ish and shared with five adjacent food establishments. The restaurant is nicely decorated and cozy, with a few touches of whimsy (anime and superhero) to complement the modern asian motif. But enough of all that. The sushi was fantastic. Light, with excellent balance and flavors. Each plate was simply presented, no overly garnished offerings here. The ingredients tasted fresh, including the vegetables within the rolls. We enjoyed over a dozen plates of sushi (ca roll, tuna, salmon, halibut, unagi, avocado, vegetable roll, candy roll, crunch roll…) along with some excellent tempura. All of it was good. Sip it all down with the hot green tea and our sushi evening was officially a success. The service was pleasant and prompt. The bathrooms were clean and larger than expected for a not-so-large restaurant. All in all, a brilliant sushi meal and a pleasant dining experience. Check out the picture of the menu for pricing info.

Six of our family members ❤️?♥️ enjoyed a mini reunion. My sister had never had sishi, so it was a great new adventure for her. The Pick Three menu is the best way to go. We selected two Teriyaki chicken oders and I selected the salmon teriyaki. Our california rolls were great. We had avocado ? rolls, salmon rolls, and some delicious tempura. When you visit this restaurant, make sure you have a lot of room in your tummy. The large wooden bowl was served with steamed rice and our three choices plus a lovely salad. Please note our family photo to see how immense our portions were. One of our family members was vegan so they were able to give her a green vegetable plate. We all had miso soup which was also fantastic.

Ordered the combination dinner, $30 bucks. Oh, can I get an extra Miso soup(about6oz)? $35 bucks now, WOW. Need to learn how to make my own soup. Next, mixed Sashimi used to come on little bars of rice. Nah, let's just toss them all together in a little container, reduce the quantity, and no more rice. When did you guys stop caring???

Need a shout out for this hidden gem! This place is so under rated! Line should be out the door. Sushi portions are good, freshness and taste is out the door. My husband n I ordered almost all the sushi on the menu we ate just one piece each, was the best idea so you're not too full. Albacore, Amberjack, Bluefin Toro, Yellowtail, Uni, Unagi, Halibut, Squid, Spicy Tuna cut, just to name some. The highlight was the Black cod. Everything was so amazing that I forgot to take photos at the beginning!

Best sushi in Anaheim Hills. Very fresh and perfect sized bites. They have your traditional rolls but their specialty rolls are unbelievable. Try the shishito yellow tail roll with truffle oil. So delicious ? great service too!
