We tried a variety of hand rolls. They make it to order. They are a little on the small side (see picture) but tasty. The lemon pork was crispy and delicious especially with a squeeze of fresh lemon on top.

Customer service is very poor :( I asked my order to go and the young lady did not bag my order, no utensils no napkins. It was a hot food item. Then, I asked for a bag and napkins. She gave me one, single 1-ply napkin. The chefs did great, poor customer service, however. I did tip prior though.

Got the Atlantic hand roll trio . Not bad and straight to the point. I like how it's served so the seaweed paper doesn't get soggy . California roll and spicy tuna were good too. Price point didn't hurt my wallet so that's a plus!

One of my favorite places at the Anaheim packing district. Quick service and the hand rolls were delicious.

Got the Zabon Ramen ($15) and it was a delicious treat on a cold windy weekend. The broth was luscious - full of pork flavor. There were three large slices of pork that are charred on the side, which provided a smokey taste. The noodles were fragile to the bite and coated in the delicious broth. Overall, a great meal and service was fast because the bowl was ready within 5 mins.

Not bad, quick ramen. There wasn't a line at all on a busy Saturday and the ramen was ready in a few minutes. At like $15 the Zabon was alright. It tasted fine and wasn't anything special but if you're craving ramen it'll do the job.It kinda fits right in with the vibe of the packing house as it's a quick cafeteria style ramen.Food: 6/1000Value: 6/10

Really fresh rolls. Sushi chef was cutting fish and showed us the process of how to cut sashimi pieces. Good vibes and good food. Didn't try the ramen but looks good! Will definitely come back to try.

My husband and I ordered the vegan Ramen with a seasoned egg. It was the most blend and tasteless ramen I ever had. Somehow they also managed to make it simultaneously super salty. Which sounds impossible but somehow they managed to do both. The cashier was nice and pleasant but the food is no good. Not worth the $15 a bowl. It was a Thursday night and the ambiance was really nice with live smooth, jazz playing.

I tried the Crunchy Roll with Salmon and a side order of Edamame. Their sushi cut rolls are made to order with fresh ingredients, and their customer service is very good and attentive. Besides the overcrowded parking and wait time, their fresh foods, good customer service, and available outdoor patio seating exceed your expectations. Overall good experience!
