Very cozy cafe. They also offer a nice covered patio for days you want to take in some sun. Staff is always very friendly and helpful with menu options. Beat shawarma and eggplant around!

The best Lebanese authentic shawarma. My favorite is the beef shawarma with fries inside. The chicken shawarma, and chicken tawook is delicious as well. The zait & zaatar pie is divine! we have done breakfast there a few times and their foul & fatta are perfection.

I wasn’t able to get any food unfortunately. I read the reviews and it appeared to be an amazing place to eat. It comes so highly recommended. However, I came in tonight, 4.10.24, at 9pm, to place a to go order and was met with annoyance by the younger gentleman at the counter. His first words were, “for who?”. Confused, I explained I wanted to place a to go order. After he repeated it, I finally realized he was asking for my name for the order and provided it. When I asked for a meal that contained beef, he said, as if I should have already known, that they “don’t have beef”. I asked if it was because it was so late and he said, “only chicken. You can only get it with chicken”. No more beef!” At that point I left because the food I wanted wasn’t available and the attitude made me feel as if my presence was a bother. I really wanted to like this place but I won’t be returning during my work trip to Anaheim to find out what the hype is all about.

Great food but service was terrible, they forgot to give us a whole Kafta pizza. I told them, they didn't believe me. Showed my receipt, didn't believe me. Ended up taking my two or three and just calling it a day. Thanks for good food, but a terrible time.

Good halal food, lot of options. The guy who worked there, I think his name is Adnan, provided excellent customer service.

My top choice for shawarma and sojuk wrap. Once I made the mistake of not getting a sojuk wrap, and I'm still regretting it.. so if you're reading this, eat the sojuk wrap. It's a burst of flavored sojuk and tons of mustard with pickles and other things (trust me, I wasn't a fan of mustard and still am not except in this form). It's gonna wake you up and fill you up at the same time. The halal baked pastries are also a must! One of everything should do it.. I would highly recommend eating there so you can watch them make the food fresh and get to eat it hot. During Ramadan they're open late but run out of breads every time, CAUSE ITS SO GOOD!

So tasty! The portion for the beef plate was so large that I used it for two meals lol! The tabbouleh was so delicious and fresh! Service was fast as I ordered for take-out, this shop is quaint and excels at their food!

I always enjoy trying new spots during ramadan since I usually get off work late and normally cannot find fresh food available, but during this time of year I get to benefit even though I am not part of the culture and do not partake in ramadan. We were trying to eat at a usual spot but they werent open and found zait and zataar. This place is amazing! I ordered sheesh tawook wrap and a kafta flatbread while some friends ordered bowls. The bowls were good as expected, but what caught us offguard was the flatbread. We received the akawi cheese flatbread on accident but LOVED it! The flavor and squeaky texture of the cheese was delightful to eat! I do want to try the kafta or lahn bajeen next time. I had asked the gentleman taking our order between the beef or chicken wrap he preferred and recommended the chicken. He was right. It was delicious. Portions and price was very reasonable (inexpensive if you want to consider the current state of the economy) i would definitely return here again. The place also has a nice patio area with heaters for late night eats! I was too tired and decided to eat at home (hence the happy mistake of a flatbread), but wouldn't mind eating there next time on the patio!
