I got an Italian sub for lunch. My first impression was that there was not enough meat. That was not the way I thought after trying it. It was well balanced with the crispy roll , lettuce, tomato and the meats. It was covered with Italian dressing and it tasted great. I thought the price of $16 seemed a little high for a sandwich but it punches all the buttons for a great sandwich so that is a personal decision. Free refills at the soda dispensary. Lunch specials are available for $10 which gets you a slice of pizza, salad and drink. For sure I will be back. Half sandwich and drink for $7.99.

I came in here yesterday and I had the best time ever! The food was absolutely amazing and the costumer service was excellent!! I will definitely be coming here again with my friends!

If I could give zero star I would. Staff and manager were rude, argumentative, have zero knowledge about customer service. Overcharged on order by staff and manager’s response was that she was not the one trained the person who took the order so she’s not to blame and refused to take care of the overcharge. PiZza was mediocre, cold and didn’t even include the items that were charged extra. Not sure what happened to staff during that shift.

Hands down one of the best pizza spots on the planet. It's fresh...so much flavor and everyone is so nice. 6 stars.

Zito’s seems to have changed their ingredients sometime in Feb 2025. I can definitely taste the difference. Their pizza is not nearly as good as it use to be. The cheese is overly goopy and wet. Their crust is now drier and tastes more like a cracker. Love this place but the pizza is just not as good as it use to be. Hope they change their ingredients back as I’ll be slowly changing to another spot if the quality does not improve.

Ordered my food at 4:38 PM was told it was a 50 minute wait. My husband went 50 minutes later and was told it would be another 20 minutes and when he picked up the food and brought it home it was cold it had been clearly sitting around for a while. Epic Fail Zittos.
