“I worked here for about a year as a shift leader and the younger girls under my supervision constantly complained about the franchise owner James Mitchell inapproprietly grabbing them and making vulgar comments. After so much of this, myself and another one of his best workers decided to quit without notice on a busy shift. Oh yeah, theres also a stray cat named suzie who is allowed in the back and lays on top of the ice cream machine and goes into the fridges, never told anyone because i like cats :)“

“All of The employees are extremely friendly! I went in last week and every single worker who I had an interaction with was so kind and helpful. One held the door open for me when I cane in AND when I left, the cashier was very friendly when I ordered, and the person who gave me my cookies even offered to help me out to my car because I have 2 small kids. The cookies are also always delicious! We love Redding Crumbl ?“

“This is a delicious place for ice cream and other comfort food! Their Blizzards are amazing, although I do recommend getting a mini. The small was even too much for me, even though it tasted amazing.
Their cheese curds and burgers also taste good, but in the end, they're your basic fast food burgers.
For customer service, this location had friendly staff who gave us our order accuratly.“
