I started calling on January 10th to schedule a birthday party. The party coordinator was never there and never returned a call, when I would ask to speak to a manager I was told they were to busy. I stopped in twice and no one was available thats allowed to book birthdays. I finally called and put my foot down in regards to not getting calls back and manager to busy and I finally got a call back to be told the slot I had been called for for 18 days had been booked 4 days prior....read full review
We go weekly and LOVE the family atmosphere and kind staff. Have yet to try something I didnt lilike. Great family place!
