Under pressure the crew tonight was killing it. Lots of mishaps. Lots of customers upset. Handled their composure. Dealt with the pressure very well. Good job
Driving by, I saw there was no line and the speaker to order was open, so i thought today might be a good day finally. When it takes over THIRTY MINUTES to get from the speaker to my food, fast food is no longer fast. Doesn't seem to be getting better anytime soon. Better off driving to redding.
A lot of the staff is friendly but there’s one guy here whose service is beyond laughable. He sounds like he’s running on the lowest amount of effort possible to get through each interaction.
