Meh. Beer selection was ok. Food seemed overpriced. Bar area was definitely more Ramada than upscale
Amazing food and service and really beautiful atmosphere. They even had good veggie options- loved the sweet potato fries and house made veggie burger! Some of the best food I’ve had in Redding. Perfect spot for a date night- we’ll definitely be back
Hardly anybody there. Server was informative and polite, but other staff gave us avoidant looks and I tried many times to wave down staff just for them to roll their eyes away and turn their heads. Food took a whopping 2 hours to come and it only some simple fish tacos and Mac-and-cheese. Simple food. 2 hours. Super pricey, too! Not coming back.
Granted, they were busy with firefighters staying there. That said, service was horribly slow. An hour to food on a Tuesday night. Burger was dry and overcooked. Drinks were decent but overall would not recommend. Really low rate service.
Great customer service from the time we walked in to the time we left. Accommodating, as we had a new born and a 3 year old. It was difficult to make a choice from the menu as everything sounded delicious. I stay at Gaia quite often. I will definitely continue to visit this restaurant. The chef and staff are amazing.
The service and food was excellent. The restaurant was very busy and all seemed very happy the experience.
Food was very good. Very good service great place for lunch. We really enjoyed it. We'll go back again.
3 out of the 5 dishes were good, but they do not know how to properly cook a steak. Ordered their rib eye medium and it was extremely rare with a cold center. VERY DISAPPOINTING. For the price we were pretty disappointed.
We had reservations for Friday evening. It was a busy evening, but we were seated promptly. My friend had the Fish and Chips and raved about them. I had the Fish Tacos, and they were wonderful as well. We enjoyed our meals so much that we went back the following night!
On any other day it might've been fine. But on Friday- Valentine's Day... we got put into a banquet room with a few other customers & given a prix fix menu that said $150/couple. No thanks. We walked out. If this is what I'd wanted - fine, but when I made the reservation, no mention made of this arrangement. We found a wonderful Mexican restaurant that we were able to make a quick 20 minute reservation & had a great time.

Food was delicious. Service speedy. Drinks were awesome. My husband said his Manhattan was better than one he had at a pricier place. Ambience ok. Price great.
Food was good homemade from scratch had everything on the menu liked it all so did my crew.

We dined here on 9/25/2024. We chose the restaurant based on other reviews and decided to go there for my birthday dinner. We ordered the bone in pork chop and the ribeye steak. After waiting for over 35 minutes for our food to arrive (there were only 4 other tables to be served) the food was lukewarm at best. The waiter offered to “heat it up”, but since we had waited so long for our food we ate it anyway. $32 for pork chop and $45 for the steak. No manager on site, I was to call and talk to Marnie. She was never available and did not return my calls. So disrespectful! We will never go back.
