Just had street tacos & burritos from the food truck at the Anderson Show & Shine & we want more! Delicious food & salsa ? The best we’ve had since living in Redding for 3.5 years.
It has been awhile since we re-visited one of our favorites. This was a standard for our "Taco Tuesdays".... Now we find the owner, Fernando working the in front and behind. He was polite and informative. I ordered an Enchuritto with Carne Asada and the works. Mmmm Friggin MM. It was fresh, delicious, hot, BIG, and all that I was used to from SoCal. First time and won't be the last. We got the Carne asada plate, combo plate, and a super Loco taco. Everything was very good. The Super Loco Taco was our favorite though! It was delicious!
