I've been looking for a bar to hangout in for the summer all over the area and this kills it! Everyone here is always so nice (staff and guests), great music and the occasional event! I've had a great time every time I've stopped by :)

Have been to The Avenue in Oakland and a wine club friend kept recommending this spot. Finally stopped in with my son. Decor is cool if you like black, skeletons, etc which we do! Bartender Megz is a sweetie. Drinks are inexpensive. Pool tables and jukebox. Definitely a bit of a hidden gem.

Absolute Disgust with the server at the bar. We are mountain locals for 24 years. Fist time visiting the bar. we tried to go there a couple times but they were closed. We always try to support local shops. we were in dorrington first at the lube room. go there not Mystic...... We left after watching a rally on TV where trump was shot. we were tryting to decompress and drive home to twain harte. my wife said hey mystic is open lets stop have a shot and chill...... We went in took a picture with the skeleton and then went to the bar....... on all the Tv's were sports all i said to my wife was OMG they dont know president trump was shot..... The barteneder young lady snapped at us and said hey we dont talk about politics in here..... another guy at the bar shocked at her attitude problem said really and said i guess we can check our phones. she then yelled at all of us i dont care we dont talk politics in this bar...... She was pure trash the way she handled herself. Zero proffesionalism we didnt even talk to her yet..... after being yelled at my wife asked me if we should leave. I was glad to leave. I've been in the service industry for 27 years. this place has no idea what that means. Such a let down. I'll never be back while that young woman has a job. Spent 200 eating and drinking elsewhere becasue of her mouth. All of my avery and arnold clients will know the way myself and wife were treated in the Mystic!
I hope the owner has the nerve to explain their staff

Awesome bar and friendly owners. Unfortunately, a local confronted me and my gf stating if we are from out of town because of our skin color and also stated he recognized us from a different bar which made it very uncomfortable for us so we had to leave.
You should get in here soon !We rolled in on 12/31/23 around 9. We Met the manager Meggs and everything else was wonderful. We had not come since the place had changed hands and that was our loss. The bar is cool, the lighting is fun AND the place has a legit old school shuffle board. They have live music on Saturday nights.All the boxes are checked for us and we look forward to coming in again soon !❤️Xoxo,Cher & Bill

I stopped in for a shot of tequila to celebrate getting my Christmas cards out on Friday! (They share a parking lot). So I went in. They are decking the walls to the max! It was busy. Good music was playing. It was a festive atmosphere! Friendly bar service too.
