The mixed bruschetta starter was amazing, especially the pesto one. I could have eaten a whole plate of those things!!!!!. For main we had the filet which they kindly split for my hubby and I. SO good and probably one of the best steaks I've had. Mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. Meat tender and juicy and cooked as requested. Indulged in dessert....... The cannolis. OMG! You just have to. Even if you think you don't have room, you will devote these!

By far my favorite new brunch/ lunch spot! Service was great atmosphere was beautiful felt a little on vacation to Italy! Beautiful paintings and art! Food! Calamari was better than Ruth's steak house and my ahi tuna and salad was so good that this will be my regular visit with the drive worth it! Omelette was delicious my picky hubby said so that's great we also had the mimosas yum!

Excellent food and service! Our server was wonderful and so friendly!! I had the Seafood Neptuno which is linguine with shrimp, scallops and crab. Not an overpowering sauce at all. I'll definitely be back!

Came to Murphy's for the Irish Parade. Way too crowded... no parking... unbelievable wait for shuttle from Iron Gate. So decided to head over to Angels Camp and found this little gem. I had the lunch special, lemon chicken piccata, hubby had Cusco's spicy penne, sausage and marinara sauce. Absolutely Scrumptious! Great service. Little pricy (where isn't these days?) but definitely worth it as a special treat.

Another superb dinner! Kylie, our server, is the sweetest and most professional server ever...just love her! We had a large family dinner last night and as usual all of our dishes were prepared to perfection. The ambiance is welcoming and soothing. You must try Cusco's!

I preferred Crusco's pre-closure. My filet was blue instead of mid-rare. I asked them to re-fire it, and when I got it back they did not replace the garnish or the gorgonzola sauce. No issues with the ambiance, but it's time to get rid of the plastic ivy hung up all around the ceiling.

Eating at Crusco's felt like a cozy night in Italy. The place had a welcoming vibe, and the smell of garlic and basil set the stage for a great meal. The food was genuinely standout. The pasta and seafood hit the spot—just the right texture, with a homemade sauce that was both simple and spot-on delicious. And the tiramisu? I heard it's the cat's meow so I'll have to go back to enjoy it!Everything about the experience was relaxed and utterly satisfying, like a casual dinner with friends but with flavors that really made you sit up and take notice. The service and staff delivered a meal that was both unpretentious and wonderfully flavorful, capturing the essence of Italian dining in a way that's hard to find. I highly recommend you give them a shot ~ I know I'll be back.

I haven't eaten here because friends told me it was overpriced and not good food. That's what a lot of Yelp reviews say. Staying away for sure.

Before starting this review, I highly recommend reserving in advance, as captivity is relatively small. We were a walk-in group, and all the tables around us were reserved. When I first entered the restaurant, I loved the ambiance. To the seating and lighting, it truest gets like a restaurant ready to serve some delicious Italian foods. The service was super excellent. The waitresses were friendly and always filled our cups back up and made small talk to lighten the hospitality. The food came relatively fast, 15-20 minutes. Serve some bread with a tray of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. (Kept us occupied plentiful). For my meal, I had ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The presentation for all the meals was impressive and pretty. I like how they utilized the parts of the meal to make it like a price of art. There was enough spaghetti and meatballs to fill me up. I especially liked the texture of the meatballs. They are soft like bread yet not gummy like a steak (in between the two). So, cutting into it was oddly satisfying and had a yummy flavor. For an Italian restaurant, I had to order the tiramisu, and it's one of the better tiramisus I've eaten at any restaurant. It's moist enough with a soft, spongy cake batter. Other tiramisu were dry and crumbly. This hit the spot for the last course. I agree with others that the pricing is in the higher range. But for an occasional visit to Angels Camp, it's worth it for the experience in the Old Town part of town.

We had a lunch entree, and were disappointed that it did not come with a small starter soup or salad for the price. Good atmosphere. Waitress tried to please. Good place to try at least once.
