I arrived Saturday around 11am, the day before mother's day. I was disappointed seeing this store. The wood flooring was nice, however it would be alot nicer if it covered the entirety of the floor(not just under the table and chairs). There are no more cone holders to set the cone down while paying or etc. They removed an entire dipping cabinet so not as many ice cream tubs, which I'm sure is 1 reason why the flavor I walked there for was not present in the dipping cabinet, which should have been there for the holiday mama's making cookies.the server most likely is the type whom never gets invited to parties, hopefully he doesnt like parties im not a party person so i dont blame him for that. However he may want 2 socialize a bit, he should take a good look within.Full of himself, thinks he is perfect.has that super bad attitude without the humor to go with it. We all can improve upon different aspects of ourselves I suggest he work on his overall demeanor and smile, lighten up a bit. Changed it to 2 stars overall and 3 stars for service. He wasn't that bad lol.-UPDATE It would be nice if they answered the phone, maybe had a voice-mail set up. To inquire about their ice cream deliveries and if they will have the mama's making cookies in the dipping cabinets soon.

Me and my son went there he had got the ice cream but he didn’t like the toppings so we asked can we exchange it (mind you I paid for the ice cream already ) the manager said no and that I had to pay for a whole new ice cream!!! Like giving my son one scoopOf ice cream wouldn’t hurt not one bit.. but I most definitely won’t be back at the location!!but the guy that helped us was really nice

I ordered a cake for sons 14th birthday online some how it didnt get to them. The manager not only refunded my cake, made it in a hour, but also have us 2 prepacked pints!! I love the customer service.

This store is great , it's very nice and clean. The guys behind the counter are very helpful. They always have a smile.Don't stop by during the summer around the time DVHS ends if you can avoid it, the area is very busy and it's full of sweaty teens looking for some refreshments. ?They only allow 6 people at the time due to COVID-19 restrictions and everyone needs a mask ? to enter.
