The staff is friendly, but the service is really slow. I was the only one when I ordered. A few minutes later, more customers came in. I only had one drink, but it was about a 20-minute wait. I ordered a strawberry milk tea. It was okay, slightly watered down, and did not really taste the tea. I would still come again to try another drink and snack.
This T4 in Antioch has the BEST popcorn chicken I’ve had in the ENTIRE Bay Area. The seasoning is the best across the board and the portion is always filled to the top unlike a lot of other places. I love the green tea with mango ice cream drink. This drink and popcorn chicken is one of my favorite meals to get whenever I’m having a bad day or just want to make a good day even better!

Quiet and cozy place to hang out for some affordable milk tea. Came on a weekday evening 1-hour before closing and it was only us. Polite staff greeted us when we came in and left.Parking: Parked in front of the store. Plenty of vacant parking spots near closing.
