Ordered the new watermelon smoothie. Sat out front with my husband. Mine was a bit sweet for my liking but not bad tasting. Next thing I know one of the employees came out with a large smoothie and hands it to me. She said it looked like I didn’t care for the first one they gave me so they remade it a different way🥰 over the top customer service for sure, and the remade one was just perfect. Thank you girls!
Poor customer service. Waited 30 minutes for my order. They lost the order or forgot about it who knows? After complaining and asking for refund it is basic to ask if they can make my order quickly. Nothing was asked or offered to me. Seems like they don’t care if customers return to this location .
It’s crazy how they ask for a tip at the beginning. Yet your stuck wasting an extra 10 minutes of your day off because t they forgot that the drink was right in front of them and didn’t call it out…

Jamba offers a refreshing Strawberry Surf Rider and a Peanut Butter Moo’d with whey protein. The staff, especially Ariel and Macaela, provide excellent customer service with a warm smile. The store may need a deep cleaning, but the hardworking team ensures efficient service despite being understaffed. More hands could make the experience even better.
