This is the closest Burger King to my house and the worst I have ever tried. I've gone three times and they never ever get my order correct. Honestly the whole bunch needs to be fired and hire some more responsible people. I literally will drive farther than ever try again.

WAITED 30 MINS IN THE DRIVE THRU ONLY MOVED 3 CARS. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! I TRIED TO CALL TO SEE WHAT THE HOLD UP WAS BUT THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED WAS DISCONNECTED. LEFT THE LINE AND WENT AND GOT TACOS INSTEAD. PEOPLE WERE YELLING IT WAS TAKING THAT LONG.

I really like this Burger King, but they no longer have Frozen Cokes, yet those are still on the menu kiosk. That's a huge problem. The cashier was great and gave me a substitute drink, but still ...fix the kiosk. Hence, the 4 stars.
I regret going there twice in the past few days. I asked for ketchup. The guy gave me some, but then said there was some in the bag. NONE were in the bag! The second time I went, the boy used little chopstick fingers to pluck out 2 whole ketchups for my LARGE fries. However, the fry box was only 2/3 full so maybe that's why. Weird how it is going to be ketchup preventing my business.

I love this place.PERIOD, food always fresh and love the deals. However the oil that was used to fry my hash browns were definitely old. I worked for 20 years in restaurants. Filter the oil or change it. You can taste the old oil in the product.

Very bad service, we went inside it took at least 45 minute to get the food. They were only taking care of drive through. We got 3 burgers, 1 large onion rings, and a medium fry. There was 2 missing burgers when we got it and when we went back to get our 2 burgers the food that we originally got was cold so we asked for fresh food. They reheated the old food that we had returned and they gave us the 2 old burgers that they forgot, they reheated all our original food. We asked for FRESH food They said they would make it fresh and it was definitely not fresh. There is only 3 people working, maneger is not doing anything and making an old man do everything. Terrible liars.
