YUMM!! Cafe 86 is one of my festival vendors and I'm so happy i got to try their Antioch location today. Upside down Halo Halo is delicious!!

I love it! Awesome menu with affogato and yummy Ube treats! Cheesecake, paninis! Lots of options. Very cool atmosphere with Star Wars decor! Friendly staff.

Very delicious drinks, very small spot, but a lot of fun activities to do such as karaoke, foosball, and other board games provided. The place was a bit loud at times when the blender was turned on.

I usually love coming to Cafe 86, but my recent experience really threw me off. I came in to redeem my birthday reward ($5 off your purchase). I went to order a Mahalo Mango drink for myself and a Ube Crinkle cookie for a friend.

However, the staff was unable to use my birthday reward because it wasn’t showing up on their system for my account. They stated I should’ve gotten an email or text about the reward - which I did get an email and showed them the email I was sent of the birthday reward. Instead, they said to pay for the whole cost without the $5 since it wasn’t showing up on their system.

Also, the Ube Crinkle cookie jar has a sticker stating the cookie is $3.99 but I was charged $4.25 instead.

I don’t understand of having a birthday reward, if you can’t redeem it since it won’t show up on the system.

They offer a good variety of Milk teas,Milk Shakes,Blended drinks and Pastries. I tried the Halo-Halo Drink and the Ube Tres Leches Pastry. Both were rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and If you’re into ube treats, this place won’t disappoint!

Terrible experience, rude and unprofessional customer service, and too expensive.

I ordered an Ube Monster WITH boba and they “forgot” the boba. I called them out and the lady just dumped the drink into a new cup with boba. It totally messed up the appearance of the drink and mixed all the toppings together as you can see in the picture. There was also like a quarter cup left from the old cup since the boba takes up space in the new cup and she just threw it away. What a waste. Also pouring the drink into the new cup spilled the drink all over the edges of the new cup so when the lady gave me my drink back, the cup was all sticky and gross. Terrible service. To top things off, the straw they gave me was broken and cut my lips. This stupid drink cost me nearly $11 and didn’t even taste good. Boba costs $1.05. Other places are only $0.5.

Drive to Concord and get a taro smoothie from 85C for half the price and is infinitely better. This place is 0/5 stars.

Cookie Butter Latte was really good and the flan ube cupcake was delicious. If your tired of starbucks and love Ube. I highly recommend

This place is absolutely wonderful! The service is great every time I go. Have never been disappointed with quailty of the coffee or desserts. People are free to look up online to check out nutrition facts. Very easy to find. Not overpriced at all but if u think they are then I guess its not the place for you.
