I've been going to Celia's and Fernando's for at least 35 years. Love their beef stuffed Chili Rellenos as well as their expresso burrito. Margaritas are always the best ever. Service is family oriented, being friendly and fast.
One of my favorite Mexican restaurants since I first went to the Burlingame location 30 years ago. Then I lived near Fernando’s in Fremont. And now here in Antioch. My favorite is the Pollo Mexican-style. It has a tang that satisfies my umami itch like no other dish.

Good Margaritas, I've had the Enchiladas, Tostadas, & salads, and they're ALL really good. I don't know how they're able to turn out hot food so fast but they sure do! No waiting for drinks when we sat down either. We gave the waiter our drink order, which arrived a minute later. (PS- Get your Ritas on the rocks instead of blended. MUCH better! ) ...
