So I tried this place and it was good The chef needs to learn how to be a little more customer savvy, and maybe getting an assistant that does the ordering because he doesn't do well at it I thought, and another review also so at that I had the rib, the short rib was excellent and sauce was excellent reasonably priced could've been a little meatier but you know that's it.
I have eaten here 2x it's really good everything made to order. It can take 15 ish minutes but totally worth it . The chicken is amazing and the beef poutine is out of this world perfect frys and braized beef that taste like fillet I opened this for him because people need to know you got up scale food truck its so awsome and cheap.

Staying up the street (from out of town) and decided to try this French food truck. I found the chef to be friendly and welcoming. The entire menu was intriguing, I selected the Beef Poutine.
