Had lunch here for the first time today. Food was amazing. I would recommend their milkshakes, they have a whole variety of different flavors you can mix together. What really made this experience stand out to me was the excellent customer service. More specifically from our server Rachel. She did an excellent job making us feel welcomed and heard. The positive energy she brought was very contagious! Definitely a place you have to visit if you're in the area. Will be coming back 100% :)

Lumpy's never disappoints and our "go to" for excellent breakfast! Food is always good and service is excellent. The staff are always nice and friendly. So, if your looking for a typical breakfast abd brunch place to eat... Lumpy's is the place to go.

Today I had one of the best Eggs Benedict ever! The eggs were perfectly poached!!! It is hard to get a soft yolk poached egg, but the cook/chef was amazing today!

Prices have gotten insane at this place, and considering it's pretty trashy food that's not ok. I used to enjoy fish sandwich at 6.99, which was the price on their menu months ago. Current price $14! I know things have been getting more expensive but doubling menu prices means I'm not coming back anymore. I originally gave at least a couple stars as I'd acknowledged prices of goods have increased in my original review, but owners who reply with attitude always drop the rating to 1star. Been downhill since management changed, hoping it's replaced with something better.

First time visiting this spot and I must say it was great food quality!!! Although if you in a rush I wouldn't recommend going there because you can be waiting up to 10-20 min to get seated. But once you get seated the service is quick and quality great! Our service was excellent thanks to the young guy in the register that attended us and not only that recommended the BEST FOOD!! Most definitely recommend it!!!

Great food, great service, great atmosphere.Edit to this original post 12/24/23- last 2 visits have been horrible. I just left on Christmas Eve. Sat at counter. Got my coffee. Told the guy I didn’t need a menu. Sat for 20 min. Asked to place order. I was ignored. Almost 20 years of eating here. I am done. I will not return. Start going to Duggers I. Brentwood instead.
