terrible experience bought a big Mac grinch meal no cheese on the Grinch meal. It was supposed to be some type of pickle seasoning. No seasoning chicken strips terrible. Just cook at home.

Came here with my boys (3 & 5 year old) at 1:40PM with the intention of having the boys play in the playground. A few minutes later our food came out in to-go bags and we were kicked out of McDonald's because they closed the dining room at 2PM. Also, they forgot to give us our drinks and sauces.... seems like they don't care about customers. Oh well, they lost me and my family as customers. Try avoiding this place if you can ✌️

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I arrived at 10:25 and asked if I could order lunch, but was told the cookers weren’t ready yet. I left the line and returned at 10:35, only to see someone placing a breakfast order — which left me confused, since it was just five minutes after the breakfast cutoff time.
I also asked to upgrade my meal deal drink to orange juice and was told that wasn’t an option, which seemed a bit odd. On top of that, I placed a mobile order and waited about 10 minutes while the staff kept asking me to repeat my order. Even after explaining it multiple times, I watched several other cars receive their food before mine was finally brought out.
I understand things can get busy, but this visit felt a bit disorganized and left me pretty disappointed

The customer service poor, we went to drive through, after she took our order we have been advised to wait in number 2 due to traffic behind us. After waiting approximately 23 minutes nobody showed up, we went inside and ask about our order, they give us a hard time.
This is my nearest mc donals yet is the one i use less. One time My chicken strips werent cooked properly in another occasion my Biscuits were burnt. Drive thru cashiers are often not nice. Plus they took down the indoor playground slides boring!

The morning crew is great and there is a lady there who is super friendly. Also, remember that dine-in and curbside STOP serving at 9 pm. Waited there for 30 min before I got my food because I didn't know
