This is my favorite Pho place ever and their well-done brisket pho is like, the best thing of all time. I'm a REALLY really picky eater and there literally the only thing I order. I found out they don't have well-done brisket anymore, which surprises me because I'm pretty sure it's popular. It makes me sad because there's no reason to come back here anymore, honestly (partially my fault because of my level of pickiness). It just sucks because this was honestly my go-to pho place. The people who work here are always super nice and fast. I'm sad to not be coming back.

New management has definitely kept up with what needs to be kept with and we enjoyed the food and service. Tendon cooked to perfection and super tender like butter. Honestly it doesn't' get any better than this.

The food isn't great. The combination pho lacked flavor, but I guess you get what you for the area. The special soup wasn't authentic at all. Most of the ingredients like the fish ball and broth sauces were purchased from Ranch 99?

I was a great customer I thought.but I guess I was wrong. They know what I like but instead of saying no this is what normally get. I got home food was not what I normally order. So I called Zand said what happened you know I don't eat GERGERRra fried with jalapenos and white onions. WE'VE HAD THIS PROBLEM ONCE BEFORE NOW I'M NEVER GOING BACK CAUSE EVERYTIME THEY SEE ME I FEEL LIKE THERE NOT GOING TO FIX MY FOOD RIGHT,SO MY OPINION IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM CAUSE TO ME THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE BLACK PEOPLE PATRONIZING THEIR ESTABLISHMENT

Bbq pork was dry and old tasting, not freshly cooked, my combo plate was missing the shrimp too. A small piece of plastic in my container. Chicken wings also tasted old. Ordered 6 dishes $. I keep trying local restaurants but I will not be returning here.
The Pho has been great throughout the 2 or 3 times this place has changed hands in the last 7 or 8 years. The service and facade have gone down hill with every new owner.They need better lighting in the parking lot, you can hardly tell they are open. The new owners like to party and get loud out in the dining area, which is fine if the place was packed and loud but when you're the only other person/people in there, it comes off as very unprofessional.The service is lacking in the front of the house. The young kid and the tall white guy make me feel embarrassed for them. They make their business known in every regard, all except for the business of getting people fed and charged out. Too busy watching their phones on full blast, trying to entertain each other rather than run the restaurant and serve the customers.Sad to see this spot make such a decline, it used to be constantly filled to capacity; now it's a ghost town.

Just like CreAsians except no crowd. The menu is the same. However I think CreAsians a tad better. Service was excellent. I will be back.Parking: Lots of free parking during the lunch hour.

Friendly new management and the food has good flavor. The Shaking Beef is tasty with either rice or garlic noodles, depending on which I am feeling the need for on that day. I've gone back multiple times since the reopening happened not too long ago and each time the good has been hot and flavorful. If I order food to go it is always ready when promised. I would recommend this resturant to freinds and family.
