Good pho. Softest tripe I’ve had.
Ngon Noodle House Restaurant, under new management, serves food that meets expectations, with dishes like tendon cooked to perfection. While the Pho remains great, the service and ambiance have declined over time. The restaurant's facade and lighting could be improved, and the staff's attention to customers is sometimes lacking. Despite this, the service can be excellent, and the restaurant offers plenty of free parking. Overall, Ngon Noodle House Restaurant is a quiet alternative to other similar eateries, with room for improvement.
