The food at panera is great! Good atmosphere and always clean. However, there is always no coffee, it takes so long for the workers to restock it leading us to wait at least fifteen minutes each time we come. There is also this one cashier who's name is CASSIDY, who has a bad attitude with most of the costumers. All the staff here are lovely and very hard working, but we unfortunately had a bad experience with this cashier. Otherwise, great restaurant!

This place is a joke they add water to the broccoli cheddar soup it’s so runny and disgusting. The bread is not fresh. Do not recommended anything at this location it has been poorly ran for over 20+ visits with never changing results but more horrible experiences. Would not recommend for anything but to use there bathroom if you have to find a quick place to dump.

Generally this is a good place for hanging out. As a subscription member for the first time I felt unwelcome by a staff member who was particularly unhelpful with placing my order. I hope the staff manager of this location is cognizant about such instances.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, which had the rudest manager I have ever encountered. I went there with a family of eight and we ordered a lot of food. Unfortunately, half of the food was frozen, and the soup tasted like it came straight from a can—cold and unappetizing, with no croutons and soggy bread.
There was no greeting or courtesy from the staff, and the attitude was extremely poor. I do not recommend this place at all.

I loved my soup but the bread bowl was burnt! It was a picked up order so it wasn't checked until I got it at home. It's not expected for the price. I wasn't really able to eat the bread unfortunately.

Called today 12-24 to see how late they were open and recorded message said 9pm. My wife arrives a little before 7pm to pick up a baguette only to find the closed at 6 for Holiday hours.

Truly the dirtiest Panera Bread I've ever been to. Mostly empty coffee bar. Garbage and dirty dishes everywhere. Manager was overworked and not friendly. Thank goodness for our cashier, Tyler , who saved the day with his friendly smile and awesome service.
