The young man at the counter (I forgot his name!) was fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful! Fantastic customer service!! The pizza he helped us pick out was PERFECT!! So scrumptious!! We're just visiting California but we'll definitely be back before we leave!!

Last two times have been a bad experience. Was absolute chaos going in for pickup today. 5 people all waiting for something. Girl at the front desk didn’t speak a single word to us, told her the name, handed us the wrong pizzas. Told her one was wrong, guy in the back gives her another one. Wrong again. Three tries just to get the order right. Last straw was getting home and taking a bite and the dough is just… wrong. Don’t know if its old or whats wrong with it. Last time ordering from this location, I’ll drive an extra 10 mins to walnut creek. Dissappointed.

This is my favorite Roundtable. They always get my orders right and even if I have an issue they fix it right away.

The soda machine was out. Everything seemed fine until i noticed that my pizza had no olives just to randomly insult me. The table smelled like vomit.
The customer service is terrible, the person in charge of the cashier serves with a bad temper and does not know the slightest manners and education. He literally threw the box with the pizza on the table at us. (August 12 at 4 pm)

I purchased a pizza from the location on Lone Tree, and the service was horrible. The restaurant was dirty and untidy. The young lady at the counter was rude and very unhelpful. I discussed my order with her regarding my order, which, to me, was very straightforward, BUT of course, she got it wrong and did not offer to rectify my order and because she was so unprofessional I did not trust her taking it back to fix her mistake and that sad for a restaurant I had frequent often. Someone needs to really oversee this location IMMEDIATELY.
