Just moved into the area 2 weeks ago and came here after trying other Sbux…. nobody knows how to make an undertow!!! (Except for this location!) and made it PERFECTLY! Hot on top and cold on the bottom! Can’t recall the miss who crafted my drink but June 28th at 5:20 AM! THANK YOU! My new local Starbucks!

I went to buy some drinks today, the drinks were very bad, they were two mango dragon fruit drinks, the lady put only water (not juice) I let her know, but she insisted “I put juice on it” In that aggressive tone. The drinks were just water and the fruit was just !!
Seriously, if this crew moved any slower they would be going backwards.

the inconsistency of the drinks is so bad at this location… also customer service is super important. this store needs to be retrained on how to treat customers and the baristas need to be retrained on bar. A simple drink with a couple of modifications shouldn’t be a headache to make<3 do better!
Parking: Because the drive thru goes right in front of the building, make it tough to pass safely to walk inside. There is ample parking across the way, but near it there's 10 spaces shared with another business. Best to do take out.

On 6/22/23 @around 8pm I Preordered my two drinks on the app, paid with my app, I was assuming my drinks would be ready when I arrived. I pull up and nobody acknowledges me, I drive to the window and the girl is sweeping with earbuds on. I open my car door and knocked on the window, she was startled and told me that they were closed. I said it’s not 10 yet and I’ve already paid, do you have two drinks waiting to be picked up??? The manager came out and said you have to come tomorrow, we don’t have anything for you. I said you guys are supposed to be open til ten. She smiles and says sorry you have to come back tomorrow. I was upset that they were listed as being open till 10. They were clearly still there, having fun, the manager was there and could have accommodated me a little. I would have if it happened on my closing shift. It’s not like I came late and expected to place an order! I want to know where the drinks actually were though because I had already ordered and paid so normally they are made ahead of time right??
