I ordered a shaken latte with no ice (as the app allows and as I order successfully from numerous other Starbucks locations). When I arrived it had ice in it. I showed them my order and the barista rudely said they don't make them without ice. Further discussion went nowhere so I asked for a manager and was stunned that she doubled down on this horrible customer service and said corporate demanded that they don't make these drinks without ice. Why would the app allow this option if it wasn't available? Why would every other Starbucks I go to have no issues making it the way the customer wants? Read all the poor reviews here and it makes sense.

This is about the only good Starbucks I found immediately nearby. They make good drinks they make them even better when you go in so I suggest going in instead of being lazy and going through the drive-through LOL. Definitely recommend this business until further notice I'll update you if something else happens here but that's far I've enjoyed this restaurant. Shop whatever you call it lol. Friendly workers usually always thank you for being one of the only good places nearby!! Thanks for reading hope this helps! Definitely recommended !!

If you want your Starbucks to look like the picture on the menu and taste exactly how it's supposed to taste- this-is-the-one. This one is located inside Target, so it's good to carry around and sip on to keep your energy up when you're buying everything you shouldn't. The. Baristas. HERE!! Always sweet, always supportive & they have a cool menu on what their fave drink concoctions are. Never disappointed here.

While I'm in there today waiting for my final item of 4. This guy that is sitting in there with a gal reading a newspaper gets up and starts rearranging the mobile orders. Mind you he's reading a paper that is as dirty as handling money. He's folding over food bags moving them and drinks around. The employee is letting him do it. Ummmm DON'T touch other peoples stuff!! Come on this was totally unacceptable. I was not happy.
