Put an order in on the app and arrived at the time stated, only to find the restaurant completely closed - 45 mins early. Came back in for a refund and was told they closed on time that day and that they put the order out the next morning? Attempted to deny a refund until the manager finally rudely conceded to giving a gift card refund.

I promise I don’t go around looking to complain. I’ve never seen a place close almost an hour early, and then just deny it and try to avoid refunding the customer. It’s an 11$ dollar sandwich, and you messed up. Just be fair and return the price.

Please avoid this place.

The owners don’t let employees keep their tips (which is actually illegal and considered theft). Do better owners. Treat your employees, who are always kind and accommodating, with fairness and kindness.

Overall experience was good. Food tasted good and was made very neatly. I requested extra sauce and extra veggies, and the lady was very kind. I scanned my rewards to get my points and got a free cookie. This store exceeded my exceptions.

The food is decent and the staff is generally very sweet. I’ve honestly never had a negative encounter with any employees. So why the low rating? Energy for the owners is giving Mega Cheepskates! I was advised that when we tip the employees on a card, they don’t see any of it because apparently the owners feel like they’re entitled to it if they have to pay them a fair minimum wage per state law. When I tip it’s because the service was extraordinary and I want that person to have the tip. Not allowing the employees to get their tips is theft! They apparently also won’t allow the store to accept paper coupons. If you bring in an online coupon, you have to place the order online. This place is convenient for me to eat at and the tip thing made me uncomfortable, but this… Nah, I can’t support this. Owners wanna save a penny, they’ll be losing me as a customer. 🤓

I placed two separate orders online one order was for a footlong meatball sub that order was not fulfilled I paid $13.07 I was not issued a refund my second order I purchased 2 turkey foot long meals both sandwiches were made exactly the same yet I ordered two different sandwiches both sandwiches were missing the black olives and banana peppers. I got bell peppers on both sandwiches, but only order them on 1. These sandwiches were full of bell peppers and bread. I didn't receive lettuce on one and asked for more of all the ingredients and everything was lacking. There was only 5 very thin slices of turkey and my bread was all ripped up. I ordered 2 white chocolate macadamia not cookies and didn't get those. I will NEVER order from here again. I want my money back for the items I didn't receive. I also click use my birthday reward for 1 of the 3 cookies and it still charged me for the extra cookie. Such a terrible experience. I would like a refund for all the sandwiches and maybe I'll change my review

I came here during my lunch. I only have 30 minutes. The lady took 23 minutes for the two customers in front of me which only ordered one sandwich each. I told her I only wanted a footling. She made me a half a foot and wasted my entire break. I left when she told me after she made the sandwich she doesn’t have foot longs. She could have made me two half’s but she wasted my time instead. Wish I could have went somewhere else..

I ordered a foot long tuna through Subway App. They missed it up didn’t toasted my Sandwich. When I noticed and told the lady she tried to toasted with the veggies. She’s was hella rude will never come back here. ZERO STARTS!!! The Customer Service is Terrible and awful. I will never come again here. They don’t look at the order receipt just make the Sandwich by their own choice……. I’m so mad. Stay away folks

they didn’t accept any coupons. Also, the workers said that the workers never get their tips in the owner. Keep him for them telling the workers that it’s for the subway corporation.

This place is like all the Subways. Food is fine, but the customer service was terrible. They don’t take any of the mailer coupons and the employee had a poor attitude. I won’t be coming here again.
