This is really not a great Taco Bell and actually, I've lived by it since it opened 20 years ago and it's always been bad. I rarely go but try every once in awhile and hold out hope things have improved. They never have. It's consistently understaffed (and now with the new pay wage for fast food works, they'll probably only ever have 1 person working). They get the order wrong half the time and then get mad at the customer for saying something. All the staff have attitudes and absolutely hate their jobs and make sure everyone knows. This could only occur if management allows it so they must. If you call and try to give feedback, you are told it will be passed on to the store manager and they can either respond or not. What's the point of even having a feedback number if it does nothing? It will be a long time, if ever, before I go back. If you want Taco Bell, drive to the one on Hillcrest. It's always been better.
