They get the order WRONG and then CHARGED me to correct the order. If you make the order wrong, take back the food and make it properly. Don’t charge the customer for your mistake. That is just bad customer service. I hope charging me for that extra taco was worth it. I would have been a recurring customer but the customer service is so bad that I won’t be back.

Rating for the interaction that wasn’t pleasurable. It started by this food truck new to the store, decides to block all the contractor parking at Lowe’s so no one can park to load wood or rebar. This is really an inconvenience for the people that come here for Lowe’s and not for the food.
To make my experience worse, as I walk out the contractor loading door, the owner harasses the Lowe’s clients - including myself; yelling at them to buy his food.
I would recommend having more respect for your potential customers and the customers that go to Lowe’s to earn our business.
Parking: The food truck has all the parking blocked so you can’t park anywhere.

I always order tacos, today I decided to order crunchy tacos al pastor. When I got home I bit into my taco and it had some nasty black colored stuff in it. So gross I didn’t know what it was at first, I don’t remember seen anything on the menu about the crunchy tacos having mushrooms in it. And besides who orders tacos al pastor with mushrooms?? It’s So frustrating I wasn’t gonna go back and have them remake it I just threw them away what of waste my time and $$.

The salsa is pretty hot but the food has NO seasoning Nor flavor at all . I tried the quesabitria and I know they just reheated it cause there is no way you can cook birrria for the amount of time it is supposed to be cooked and it still has no flavor and resembles the tastes of old lamb . My friend tried the chicken it also was bland and dried out.. I wish I had gone to Taco Bell to sum it up ??waist of money

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!I’ve eaten at this taco trailer in front of Lowe’s on lone tree way 4 times. They have messed up our order 3 times now. How hard is it to make a simple burrito? I had to take my burrito back last time and they fixed it. This time they messed up both my wife and my burrito. Food is good but $27 for 2 basic asada burritos they should made correctly. If they weren’t already closed, since I took the food all the way home before checking it, I’d take both of these back. We will not be back.

Staff service was alrite super chicken burrito was dry, meat hard to chew.
Ordered asada burrito, no rice. Burrito is mostly rice with gristle and fat they call beef. Absolutely disgusting. Menu has no prices, paid $15 for a single burrito that is inedible due to ignoring a food allergy.
