Attn Servers; You are and have always been the QA/QC on behalf of a customer.
You make sure the cook has prepared a plate to menue standards and to the customers request, if not, you stop it BEFORE you serve it and get it right.
Serving me coffee with lipstick and food particles stuck to a WHITE cup is lazy and unacceptable.
