Top tier BBQ place for sure! The way they nailed their brisket shows they are for real - proper knowledge and technique!
Good service, great food and cool venue!
I ordered:
- Brisket 1/4lb (phenomenal! Absolute perfect fat render and great bark. Flavor all day! Looks like well trimmed before smoking)
- Chicken 1/4 (very moist and flavorful chicken)
- Ribs 1/2 rack (well cooked ribs with a little sweetness to them)

Kansas City guy on a work trip and stopped in to see if I could find some decent BBQ in California. This is some of the best you will ever eat! Real smoke flavor, deep and even smoke ring in the brisket. The MacnCheese is to die for! I’ve eaten brisket in Ft Worth that couldn’t sit in the same room with this food. If you love BBQ you won’t be disappointed.

got the large brisket meal and shared it with someone. The live blues music adds a nice ambience. The food was good, a little pricey for what you get, but I was definitely satisfied after the meal.
