On Saturday night, we had dinner at Chaminade The View restaurant— Well, let’s put it this way. I wish we had been here instead. Churchill’s is amazing! Great food. The pizza was so delicious and not greasy at all. Big portions and great Banging for your buck. I fell in love with a Cobb salad by the pictures and it didn’t disappoint. It was huge. Chicken and avocado included— not extra. Great service too! Clean and well managed.

We ate at Churchill this last week when trying to find a place to grab dinner in the area. It's a fairly small little bar and grill, but we had no problem getting a table for 5. Our waiter was fantastic, making some great recommendations and being patient with our questions. I'm always trying to find a good fish and chips, and he assured me theirs was good and didn't just come out of a grocery freezer aisle. It did not disappoint, and I really enjoyed it. It went really well paired with the local beer our waiter recommended. Overall, everyone enjoyed their food. Some of it was pretty average, but nothing disappointed. The price at the end of the meal was on par for the area, but didn't feel excessive.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience because the service was kindhearted and friendly. The pizza was good, even the coffee was excellent. This was a date which made it special, too. I'm definitely looking forward to their fish and chips next time soon.

Now this is what a hometown bar & grill should be like. Great menu selections whether you're into comfort food or want to try something a little special like the bacon wrapped firecracker prawns. Wife got the chili with cornbread and I got the western bacon buger. Also ordered apps firecracker prawns and blackened ahi. Add a couple beers while watching dodgers padres game and you have a winner! Wife happy, I'm happy. Dave made sure we had everything we needed and would stop by to check on us throughout the visit. Love this place and looking forward to coming back.
