Have been coming here for 20+ years (yes, I know, it was Surf City before). Today’s experience was probably the best ever. The staff is super friendly. The quality of the food is great. Love the choice of cheese for the dawners. And the eggs were perfect. Unfortunately we aren’t locals or we would be back more often. But, we do come back to the area, it’s on our “must go” list.
GO HERE! I saw this gem of a shop on the way to visiting my uncle. The next day I decided to stop in for lunch, had the veggie humus sandwich loaded in on sourdough. It has beachside bodega vibes with art covering the walls. There are books and loads of information on local going ons. And also local artists and artisans work on display for purchase. I love a small business that supports their local artist! It will feel like a perfect day at the beach with Sade as your soundtrack!...read full review

California Coffee is an awesome spot, perfect for enjoying coffee and breakfast sandos in a wonderful environment. With a great outdoor area for live music, it's kid and dog friendly. The cozy spot offers plenty of seating, Wi-Fi, and power, making it ideal for working or relaxing. The menu includes tasty homemade soups and healthy choices, all served with great coffee. A hidden gem with a lovely atmosphere and friendly service, definitely a must-visit spot in Northern California.
