We have been coming here a long time and really enjoyed the food. Picked up food tonight and the mushu pork was definitely off or had a bad mix of ingredients. The szechuan beef was mushy. We called to try and get this addressed and were told we could come back for new dishes but they could not refund. I would recommend staying away from this restaurant until they can address their food quality issues.

placed an online order for pickup. once i got back home and opened the takeout container, i was surprised with spoiled chicken meat fried in old oil. the off-smell was very obvious even without taking a bite. the other dishes we ordered that had beef or pork also used old meat. ended up tossing it all out. they gave very little for how much they charged, which only added insult to injury -- paying around $18 (before taxes, fees, tip) per dish for expired food.

Amazing food and huge portions. The beef Szechuan is still my favorite. Lunch specials are great with kids. We’ve been coming since the 1990’s and we’re never disappointed.

Great food!! The owner was our server and did an amazing job. Definitely would come back. If you are in the area it’s worth a stop!

It was fine! Everything was fine, kind of flavourless but not the worst chinese food I've had! Wouldn't go back unless the other nearby options were worse though

I really wanted to love this place. Was so excited (after seeing the reviews) to give it a try. But then the food came out, and it was sub-par. I ordered the sweet-and-sour pork lunch special, and it had no vegetables or anything other than the sauce and the meat (which wasn’t very crispy as it normally should be)… no pineapple. no onion. no peppers. Really?? See the picture.

I will give them another chance, but my first impression was not good.

The General’s chicken, chicken chow mein, and the Four Seasons Beans were all fantastic. Great flavor profile and perfectly prepared. Very much enjoyed. They even gave my mom a rose since it was Mother’s Day. Excellent service as well and a lovely atmosphere.

Years ago we would get take-out from here every Friday night. The original owners sold out and after trying the new owners we were not impressed and stopped going. Recently, new owners have come in and reading local reviews made us try it again. Sadly we are disappointed. The fried rice was cold and bland. The spicy shrimp and vegetables should be called vegetables and shrimp as there were very few shrimp in the dish. The egg plant dish was oily. The vegetable egg rolls had nothing inside and were undercooked. The only dish that was okay was the Chow Ho Fen. I do not recommend this place and we will not be returning.
