I took my elderly Dad here for a little bite of lunch and it was quite excllent, we were both very pleased.
It was around 1 or so and my dad was craving Mexican food on our visit and he was sure there was a place at Deer Park Shopping Center (I think thats the name). We didnt find Mexican food but we did find Mangiamo, a little cozy place. It really reminds me of the tiny spots my family would go to in MX, LA, old school San Diego and old school Santa Cruz. If you are looking for delicious pizzas to enjoy with friends and family at a clean location and with very friendly and helpful staff, then Mangiamos Pizza is definitely the number one place to visit. The pizzas are great with plenty of toppings, a really flavorful sauce and a non-chewy crust, plus the fast service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this pizzeria.
I've had their pizza twice and both times it's been excellent- the crust is perfection and the toppings and cheese spread evenly over the tasty sauce. Looking forward to trying out more pizzas in the future, as it's become a favourite when we're in the area.
