“There's spaghetti specials, and ravioli specials and lasagna specials are great we like to buy a bunch of them meatballs and marinara sauce and have meatball sandwiches for the week. Good staff, good food, affordable prices. We usually take the food to go because the ambience is nothing to brag about but clean and okay for a quick slice of pizza“
“Couldn't reserve on Valentine's day, so we ate there on the 15th. The Val-day menu was still available, so we shared the last black truffle pizza, w. a cheese base flecked with small bits of truffle. Then the server shredded truffle slices over the top--OMG--$65 and worth every penny! (Regular pizzas range from $17 to $26.) For starters, we split an arugula salad and a vegetable side (brown butter braised cabbage--even if you hate cabbage, you'll love this). For dessert, we shared the affogato. The chocolate was molded and formed against the side and bottom of the cup, then they poured espresso into the cup. Superb. I said to my husband, "This tastes like Valrhona." You know you have an outstanding server when you ask which brand of chocolate was used. Zach answered, "Valrhona." I use this superb variety for every chocolate dessert I make.“
“Awesome location and the staff is spot on when coming out to ensure customer satisfaction. Clean restaurant and plenty of room. The pizza itself is awesome for what most people call "a chain restaurant", but something about this establishment makes it taste better than others. We always come here locally and never fails to leave with a smile!“
“Great place near the beach for pizza....whole or by the slice, quiche whole or by the slice as well as pie and bagels. Coffee drinks as well that was good. Limited varieties of each item but very good flavor and at a modest price. Example....pizza slice 6.00, quiche with a slice of bread 9.00.Parking: Across from the beach so the lot is sometimes full. More parking down the street.“
“OK Mangiamo, here it goes. First time I tried their Pizza I didn’t care for it and I think it was because it doesn’t fit neatly into a traditional pizza bucket. It’s not New York style, too thick. It’s definitely not Neapolitan, too much sauce and everything else. Not Greek, crust is more pie crust like than the heavy Greek doughy crust. It’s not Chicago as the toppings are on top. Mangiamo does something all their own. It has a crust like a Chicago, spicy sauce like nobody, and thickness level that seems just right. The combo sans olives is my go to. They still have their own delivery which I love. I swear one night I had a pizza in my hand 20 minutes after I called it in, piping hot and delicious. It’s also nice to see local kids getting these delivery jobs. Enjoy!“
“Well...the pizza is great...although I've never dined in...so...the only service I have experienced is at the order area. We've been there three times now...they have a pizza with apple on it that was delicious. We've had The Big Sur twice...and if you like garlic the way we do...this pizza is perfect...although a bit pricey. Being so close to the seacliff campground I can see why.The photo is a picture I love in their lobby.“
“We love Village Host! We come up to Aptos monthly and usually always get a pizza here with my in laws. Our favorite is the Triple P, but tonight we did a classic pepperoni and it was delicious. Service is relatively quick, and we like that we can do a gluten free option for my MIL when needed. We usually do takeout, but they do have plenty of tables/booths and some arcade games to keep people or kids busy. Pretty old school vibe in there which I like!“
“What a surprise. First time guests. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals. I had the jalepeno burger and it did not disappoint. A real burger, not a frozen patty. The service was flawless also. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns and pizza!“
