We got the vegetarian pizza with sausage.
Thumbs up. They are consistently yummy. Always enjoy their pizza freshly made in the store more than take out.
Crust is soft. Pizza is also not too salty. Toppings fresh. Staff is great. Good customer service. Good people.

awesome pizza. I am from Detroit and that is some of the best Detroit style pizza I have ever had.

Slice Project at The Hangar is a pizza spot in Watsonville. The pizza is really solid, particularly for California standards. The crust is perfect: really soft and excellently cooked. The White Bugatti pizza is huge (2 meals worth), thin crust, so much lemon zest, and some kind of delicious white sauce. The pepperoni (lil pep) is loved by kids, and the service is great. The ingredients are all great. The slices are generous. The crust is thin, blistered from the wood-fired oven, just the right balance of chew and crispiness. The toppings are creative without trying too hard, and every ingredient tastes high quality. The crust combinations are thoughtful, letting each ingredient shine instead of burying everything under a mountain of random stuff. The Detroit style pizza is so good. The staff is very nice and the other pizzas are just as good. It is nice to be able to get food from the various places and dine outside together. It is possible to quickly order a slice and eat it with drinks at Beer Mule. The atmosphere is casual, energetic and perfectly located. This is one of the spots that consistently lives up to its reputation.
