I just looked at my receipt and realized that Mountain Mikes on Portola Dr. in Santa Cruz charged me over $57 for an XL pizza... when in fact they told me $38.... WTH?!?!? I left a cash tip for them in their tip jar, did they add a tip themselves? I usually get a discount for working in the Healthcare Industry but this girl working was not having it... BTW, and she had quoted $38!!! ***Scroll down to see the other reviews of similar incidents***

Be careful when you order at this Mountain Mike's, make sure you take your receipt, I gave a couple bucks on a take out order and the new ownership added a 15% tip on the bill and I have no receipt to show proof, so please take your receipt!!! I won't be ordering another pizza from this shady establishment, too many other local pizza places to order from with better pizza!!:(

This location is under new management. They have totally changed the place around. It feels larger, more welcoming, interactive, comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. It is a great remolded pizza place that fits right in with the pleasure point vibe.
