I've been to Venus several times and have always had a great experience. This time we went with a large party for a birthday. This time was different than all other time as the waitresses explained to us that we all needed to put our entire order in at on time. As in we needed to all immediately decide what we wanted for appetizers and entrees and order it all at once. The food was good and we had a good time. But it felt weird, rushed and definitely not like the customer...
It was hot and noisy inside so we sat outside on the patio. The heater at our table didn't work. They seem to have too few heaters and no replacements for a beach location. Food was good though so no complaints in that regard.
Overall good experience with the food at this restaurant. The only negative was a loud group of 6 were seated nearby and made it difficult to carry on a conversation with my wife. We didn't try any of the spirits which the establishment is renowned for.
