Me and the husband went here for the first time. We chose the premium as we didn't like any of the meats or broths in the prime option. I ordered the sukiyaki broth and the native chongquin Mala. The Mala was very spicy as soon as I got it. I removed all the chilies, and it was still spicy but delicious. I started mixing both broths to balance spiciness, and it was delicious. We ordered the prime tier and have tiger shrimp, oyster, abalone, wagyu, etc. They are so fresh! I like how you can choose 2 soup base for yourself, I got the chicken soup and tomato soup base. I like the tomato soup base more.
You can also add noodles, veggies, fish ball in it in their self serve bar. I think it’s a great value because of the abalone! I love their chewy potato noodles.
