I had braided beef noodle. But the meat is too dried from braised the whole day and no more flavor. But the noodle is fresh and very Q. My wife had firmer noodle texture than mine in tomato egg noodle.
Sooo good!! Very good service. Noodles are fresh, flavor on point. Highly recommend!! I ate there alone and it wasn't weird. Very welcoming. I had the spicy braised beef and added pickled cabbage ?.
I always enjoy coming here to eat solo. The servers are friendly, the place always really clean, and the noodles are always the right spice level i ask for. I usually order the braised beef noodle soup with wide noodles. I love the texture of how chewy the noodles are.
My only complaint is that some days the braised beef is nice and juicy, and other days it’s too dry. Maybe it depends on the batch and how long the braised beef had been sitting. Not sure.
