When I want a nice cup of coffee in the Arcadia area, this is my go-to 85c. I like that I can customize the sweetness in the sea salt coffee. I haven't found another coffee place nearby that has better-tasting coffee. Today I went to redeem their Feb offer of free bread when buying a coffee. I enjoyed both.

The cake is good. It took me a circle and a half to find the entrance to the parking garage. I hope there are clearer signs on the roadside.Parking: The parking garage is not marked on the roadside.

Lately I've visited this location more often because it's the only Asian bakery that opens at 7:30am! It's perfect when I wanna pick up some goodies on my way to work so it's very convenient. My favorite is still the butter brioche bread. I just found out recently their delicious Portuguese egg tarts! whoa so creamy and light! It comes in a box of 2, great for sharing...or not! I finally cave and downloaded the app too. You can get free sea salt coffee we welcome reward. Located next to Momo Paradise, there are plenty of parking in the back including some for EV.

Yesterday this location hosted a group called Wider Circle. One of their members started harassing a regular patron, calling them names and being rude. Completely unacceptable behavior from another customer. The staff did nothing of the sort to prevent or stop this behavior. Don't host this group if they're going to be harassing your regular customers.

Don't know why the reviews are low for this place, maybe gets too packed during rush hour time? Was back home for the holidays and swung by for an easy breakfast on a Wednesday Morning. Every single bread was available and they consistently brought out fresh warm batches. The coffee tasted fine as well. No complaints, good bread.
Perfect example of a chain that grew way too fast. They skimp on quality and cannot keep up the service. They still offer great choices and tasty treats, but they are merely a shadow of their former selves.

I get my GF oolong tea with boba all the time and it's great. Don't expect boba a few hours before closing though they run out. Happened to me one time and the GF almost left me. Five stars

A great coffee shop with a variety of delicious breads to choose from! The drinks are nice too, however they are on the sweeter side. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy, a perfect place for stress relief. The staff are super nice and helpful :) Recommended!
