Horrible customer service! I was about to typed my bad experience but got frustrated, and all I can say is, Don't be so cheap! Give your customers some napkins. And ignoring customers is rude!

I recently visited a local baskin Robbins in my community and was met with a complete lack of acknowledgment upon entering. The customer service was abysmal, leaving me feeling out of place and unwelcome. The experience was further marred by what I can only describe as racism, which is unacceptable in any setting.Despite this negative encounter, I remain hopeful for the future. I believe that the integration of AI and robots into our society may bring about positive changes, offering a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all. I eagerly anticipate a future where technology can bridge divides and foster a sense of unity.Overall, my experience in my own community was deeply disappointing, but I am optimistic about the potential for progress and inclusivity in the future.
