Worst experience ever they scam you here I ordered a Layered Sundae and the girl making it only put two scoops and I told her she was making it wrong and she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me. Mind you I had my kid with me and she was acting so rude. And cussing underneath her breath. So I told her if she didn’t like her job she shouldn’t work there. For a layered sundae at this point should be charged as a two scoops instead of $9.xx now that’s a scam. Do better baskin Robbin’s! the older lady there didn’t even stopped her with her nasty attitude at all. Last time I come to this location I would not tolerate someone disrespecting me in front of my child especially.

I recently visited a local baskin Robbins in my community and was met with a complete lack of acknowledgment upon entering. The customer service was abysmal, leaving me feeling out of place and unwelcome. The experience was further marred by what I can only describe as racism, which is unacceptable in any setting.Despite this negative encounter, I remain hopeful for the future. I believe that the integration of AI and robots into our society may bring about positive changes, offering a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
