This is my favorite Baskin Robbins location in SGV. The service is always fast and the associates are always very nice. I've placed special orders here before and they've been correct. It really is a special treat when they have the 31st day specials. My daughters cherish their ice cream treats each time we come here. My go to ice cream flavor is mint chocolate chip!

All the workers are super nice. The ice cream seems expensive to me but I'm cheap and poor so everything seems expensive. The store is very nice and clean and seems busy.

So I ordered an ice cream cake and they gave me a Wish version which was close enough but the cake was good and fresh.
Nostalgia. Used to come here as a kid, and now I bring my kids here. Last visit, (around noon on a Monday) we got an ice cream cake and to go quarts and some waffle cones. The lady there was super sweet, went to the back to get us a cake that was a better, smaller size. She also packaged the waffle cones for us so we could eat at home. Love this place!

Wait what? I ordered on Door Dash for a 3 scoop sundae. Why did they not only refund for the 3 scoop but charge me for 1? They said they were out of 3 scoop. Huh?!?!?!? No sense.

I have been going to Baskin-Robbins for as long as I can remember. During the pandemic it was a great excuse just to get out of the house. There is always a lot of flavor options to choose from including their flavor of the month. Menu options have not changed and they continue to offer the usual cups, cones, sundaes and shakes.
